Custom products
Every item is custom-printed with your design, so we can't accept returns on correctly produced orders. If you approved the design and we printed it right, that one's final.
Damaged or defective items
If something arrives damaged or the print looks off, email us within 7 days with a few photos. We'll send a replacement, no charge.
Wrong items
Got the wrong stuff? Let us know and we'll send the right order out.
Cancellations
You can cancel within 2 hours of ordering, as long as we haven't started printing yet. After that, we can't undo it since the products are already being made.
Lost packages
Shipping is free on every order. If yours gets lost in transit, email us. We'll track it down or send a new one.
