Confetti Party Studio provides AI-powered personalized party product design and printing services. Users upload photos and select themes to generate custom designs for party supplies.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process images solely for generating your personalized designs. We do not use your photos for any other purpose.

4. Orders and Payment

All prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. Production begins immediately after order confirmation.

5. Intellectual Property

AI-generated designs created through the Service are provided for your personal use on the ordered products. The Service, its design, and underlying technology remain our property.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
